INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Wellhead and SkidsSolutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. What You’ll Lead and Deliver 


  • Execute mechanical installation & erection activities at project sites in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Install and erect static and rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, mechanical packages, valves, and associated components.
  • Perform and supervise equipment positioning, leveling, alignment, bolting, torqueing, grouting, and mechanical assembly activities.
  • Verify equipment alignment, clearances, tolerances, dimensions, and installation requirements against approved drawings and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Review and interpret P&IDs, piping isometrics, equipment drawings, GA drawings, and mechanical layouts for site execution.
  • Execute piping installation and erection, ensuring proper installation of pipes, fittings, valves, supports, and associated mechanical components.
  • Oversee piping fit-up, alignment, joint inspection, support installation, and connection activities.
  • Coordinate mechanical activities related to hydrotesting, pressure testing, flushing, cleaning, and system preparation.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical installation and site execution issues, coordinating with engineering, construction, and other disciplines as required.
  • Conduct mechanical pre-commissioning activities, including equipment inspection, lubrication, alignment, rotation checks, and system readiness verification.
  • Prepare and maintain mechanical completion and pre-commissioning checklists, inspection records, and documentation.
  • Verify mechanical equipment and systems are complete, inspected, tested, and ready for commissioning and start-up.
  • Participate in and support mechanical commissioning and start-up activities, including functional testing and initial operation of equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance during commissioning and identify any abnormalities, defects, or operational issues.
  • Perform necessary mechanical adjustments, corrective actions, and troubleshooting during commissioning and start-up.
  • Inspect completed mechanical works for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Identify installation deficiencies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely rectification and closure.
  • Maintain and update mechanical inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
  • Identify, manage, and close mechanical punch-list items prior to system handover.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Commissioning teams to ensure smooth execution and system readiness.
  • Support the successful mechanical completion, commissioning, handover, and close-out of project systems.
