Manage civil and interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
Plan and control project schedule, manpower, materials, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Control project costs and monitor variations and additional works.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Manage and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Conduct regular site and progress meetings.
Monitor quality of work and ensure project standards are maintained.
Coordinate with the estimation, procurement, design, and HSE teams.
Prepare and review project progress reports.
Manage client requirements and maintain good client relationships.
Ensure compliance with relevant UAE authority requirements.
Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, and project handover.
Ensure successful completion and final handover of projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
Proven experience as a Project Manager managing complete projects.
Strong knowledge of civil works and interior fit-out works.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, BOQs, and project execution.
Good understanding of MEP coordination and fit-out works.
Experience with Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, Trakhees, RTA, and other UAE authority requirements is preferred.
UAE Engineering Society membership/registration is preferred.
DM / DDA / Trakhees Engineer approval is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong project planning, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
UAE construction/fit-out experience is preferred.
