مهندس ما قبل البيع لتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT Presales Engineer) ذو خبرة لدعم تصميم وتقديم مقترحات حلول تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. يتضمن الدور فهم متطلبات العملاء، وتطوير الحلول التقنية، وإعداد المقترحات وجداول الكميات (BOQs)، وتقديم العروض التوضيحية، والعمل عن كثب مع فرق المبيعات والمشاريع والفرق الفنية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- فهم متطلبات العملاء والتوصية بحلول تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات المناسبة.
- تصميم وتطوير حلول تغطي الشبكات، والأمن السيبراني، والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومراكز البيانات، والسحابة، وتقنيات المؤسسات.
- إعداد المقترحات الفنية، وجداول الكميات (BOQs)، وقوائم المواد (BOMs)، والردود على طلبات تقديم العروض (RFP/RFQ)، ووثائق الحلول.
- إجراء المسوحات الميدانية وجمع المتطلبات الفنية من العملاء.
- إعداد تصميمات ورسوم بيانية وهندسة حلول الشبكات والبنية التحتية.
- التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات لتطوير مقترحات مجدية تقنياً وتجارياً.
- تقديم العروض الفنية، وعروض المنتجات، وإثباتات المفاهيم (POCs) للعملاء.
- التنسيق مع موردي التكنولوجيا والموزعين لاختيار المنتجات والمواصفات والأسعار.
- دعم تقديم المناقصات وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الفنية.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق المشاريع والتنفيذ لضمان جدوى الحلول المقترحة تقنياً.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بتقنيات ومنتجات وحلول تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الجديدة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء وتقديم التوضيحات الفنية طوال دورة المبيعات.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو علوم الحاسوب، أو الشبكات، أو الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال ما قبل البيع أو هندسة الحلول في تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات.
- معرفة قوية بالشبكات، والأمن السيبراني، والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومراكز البيانات، والحلول السحابية.
- خبرة في تقنيات مثل Cisco، وFortinet، وPalo Alto، وAruba، وHPE، وDell، وVMware، وMicrosoft، وAzure، أو AWS.
- خبرة عملية في إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ/BOM)، والردود على طلبات تقديم العروض (RFP/RFQ)، والمقترحات الفنية، وتصميمات الحلول.
- فهم جيد لهندسة الشبكات، والتوجيه، والتبديل، وجدران الحماية، والبنية التحتية للمؤسسات.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع العملاء وتقديم العروض.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في العمل مع شركات تكامل الأنظمة أو مزودي الحلول التكنولوجية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة عمل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
ICT Presales Engineer to support the design and proposal of ICT technology solutions. The role will involve understanding customer requirements, developing technical solutions, preparing proposals and BOQs, conducting presentations, and working closely with sales, project and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ICT solutions.
- Design and develop solutions covering Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Data centers, Cloud and Enterprise Technologies.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, BOMs, RFP/RFQ responses and solution documentation.
- Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements from clients.
- Prepare network and infrastructure solution designs, diagrams and architecture.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop technically and commercially viable proposals.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and distributors for product selection, specifications and pricing.
- Support tender submissions and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Work closely with project and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible.
- Stay updated on new ICT technologies, products and industry solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical clarification throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in ICT/IT Presales or Solutions Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Data Centre and Cloud Solutions.
- Experience with technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, HPE, Dell, VMware, Microsoft, Azure or AWS.
- Hands-on experience preparing BOQ/BOM, RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals and solution designs.
- Good understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, firewalls and enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Experience working with system integrators or technology solution providers is preferred.
- UAE experience is preferred.
