Designation: Director - Blockchain Solutions | Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently partnering with a leading organization in Abu Dhabi to appoint a Director - Blockchain Solutions to drive the growth and delivery of enterprise blockchain initiatives across the region.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong track record in Blockchain, Digital Assets, Tokenization, CBDC, and Distributed Ledger Technologies, combined with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and shape technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of blockchain and digital asset solutions for enterprise clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders on blockchain strategy and innovation
• Drive solution architecture, client engagement, and technology consulting initiatives
• Support business growth through pre-sales, solution advisory, and partnership development
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver large-scale transformation programs

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Blockchain, DLT, Digital Assets, Tokenization, CBDC, or FinTech solutions
• Strong background in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation
• Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, Government, or Regulatory organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Knowledge of enterprise blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Ethereum, Ripple, or Quorum is highly desirable
