About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled
Assistant Shift Manager to join our
EGM Administration team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the EGM department, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to gaming regulations
- Monitor electronic gaming machine performance and escalate repair or maintenance needs to technicians
- Support proper handling of jackpots, hand pays, and cash transactions in accordance with company policies
- Assist in scheduling and managing EGM supervisors and floor attendants
- Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Support the resolution of guest complaints or disputes promptly and professionally
- Promote a positive gaming experience and uphold high service standards
- Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, internal controls, and company policies
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of EGM assets, gaming machine equipment, and operational information
- Monitor for suspicious activity and support enforcement of security protocols
- Assist in preparing shift reports detailing operational activities, machine performance, and revenue
About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of EGM mechanics and gaming regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

المسؤوليات
تتمثل المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية لهذا الدور في:
- المساعدة في إدارة العمليات اليومية لقسم ماكينات الألعاب الإلكترونية، وضمان سلاسة العمل والالتزام بلوائح الألعاب
- مراقبة أداء ماكينات الألعاب الإلكترونية وإبلاغ الفنيين بأي احتياجات للإصلاح أو الصيانة
- دعم الإجراءات السليمة للتعامل مع الجوائز الكبرى (Jackpots)، والمدفوعات اليدوية، والمعاملات النقدية وفقاً لسياسات الشركة
- المساعدة في جدولة وإدارة مشرفي ماكينات الألعاب الإلكترونية وموظفي الصالة
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل، والتوجيه، وملاحظات الأداء لأعضاء الفريق
- دعم حل شكاوى أو نزاعات الضيوف بسرعة ومهنية
- تعزيز تجربة الألعاب الإيجابية والحفاظ على معايير خدمة عالية
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع قوانين الألعاب، والضوابط الداخلية، وسياسات الشركة

- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات ماكينات الألعاب الإلكترونية، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور إشرافي أو قيادي

- مهارات قيادية وتواصل وحل مشكلات ممتازة
