Assistant to HR and Admin & Sales Executive to work closely as the right hand of the CEO of Ka’ak Al Manara, a Lebanese bakery & eatery in Dubai for 4,000 -6,000 AED

Required background, skills & experience

UAE experience of at least 2 years

Must be strong in English

Must have strong skills in administration, emails, communication

Must be good and seasoned at using Excel and good with numbers

Must have good knowledge of UAE labor contracts & law

Must have good knowledge of PRO processes in UAE (Tasheel & ministries)

Must have experience in conducting initial interviews & training

Must be comfortable conducting sales calls

Willing to work irregular hours, and weekends, and ready to support management with any tasks

Is organized, disciplined & can be a strong disciplinarian

UAE drivers license a plus

 

Main roles (our management will train all):

Assist in maintaining employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other relevant documents.

Support recruitment by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation activities, including preparing welcome packages and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed

Assist in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.

Update and maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Keep track of visa renewal processes and carry out all staff visa renewals

Assisting with all central office & operations procurement

Support travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees and visitors.

Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and company events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics.
