Position: Call Center Representative
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Provide information and assistance to customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Input and update customer information in the system
Follow communication scripts and guidelines
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Call Center Representative is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with customer service software and systems
