Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our product, ensuring smooth and efficient execution from concept to launch and supporting the Product Manager and other stakeholders in achieving strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support product launch processes, ensuring timely and successful releases.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between product, engineering, sales, marketing , finance and other stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and market data to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, such as user guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs and other documentations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on product performance.
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies throughout the product development process.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve product efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support product testing and bug fixing processes.
- Research and implement new tools and technologies to improve product operations.
- Manage and prioritize product tasks and bug reports
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings
- Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and initiatives
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software product management, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
