Job Opportunity: Hotel Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hotel Manager in Dubai. The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth day-to-day functioning.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are maintained.
Monitor and control hotel expenses and budgets.
Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry trends.
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
