Duties & Responsibilities:


Keeps the Quality Manager informed of all Health & Safety related matters.

Liaises with Management personnel and all employees and assist with health and safety.

Liaises with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials.

Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.

Should be aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge.

Carries out inspections of workplaces and takes appropriate action to ensure compliance.

Responds to and investigates concerns and complaints from workers/employers and takes

appropriate action.

Investigates accidents and injuries that occur in the workplace.

Responsible for the establishment of, and monitors the performance of, workplace safety and health committees.

Ensures all staff and should be thoroughly familiar with the Resort’s emergency procedures and in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.

In case of high hazard area identified, close the facility area/work and report to HOD, GM and Security.

Reviews Duty Manager/Night Manager book daily and takes corrective action when it is concerned.

Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility

Keeps updating the emergency manual, with appropriate procedures and forms with the consultation of Quality Manager.

To train existing employees and new comers on a regular basis with live fire drills.

Conducts and executes skills/technical training within his area of responsibility on regular basis.
