Logistics Coordinator

  • Sending the insurance request related to the shipments & following up and reviewing invoices related to the shipments.
  • Overseeing the shipments and costs and ensuring that timeliness and productivity are maintained.
  • Developing and performing all paperwork needed for the proper execution of the shipment and customs.
  • Ensure all commercial invoices and packing lists are created according to the Proforma Invoice.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Offices and all logistics software.
  • Must have excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to negotiate.
