Payroll Accountant

  • Measuring all the essential parameters related to the organization's payment-related obligations like incentives, deductions, commissions, etc.
  • Make detailed payment reports, including all the relevant data of the organization's functions and transactions on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Rectify any errors in the payroll function like outdated employee data or lack of relevant information, and solve them promptly.
  • Formulating a stepwise payroll cycle to simplify the tasks of designated personnel in executing timely financial transactions.
  • Ensuring timely entry of all the required salary data in the company's dedicated database.
  • Offering accurate insights on changes in salary structure, deductions, or incentives to employees as per demand without any delay.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A skilled professional with an excellent grasp of problem-solving, managerial, and planning aspects.
  • Proficiency in payroll software programs.
  • High maturity in portraying professional ethics and mannerisms during various daily activities at the team and individual levels.
  • A Bachelor's degree holder in the field of Commerce with Finance or Accounting specialization.
