Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Coordinate office events as well as activities
- Maintain security of the office
- Arrange files and maintain office supplies
- Receive customers as well as visitors and provide them with the required assistance
- Make sure all necessary office supplies are available when required
- Conduct data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite required
- Excellent typing skills required
- Good organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to detail
- Should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information
