Looking for a Sales Coordinator full time!

Responsibilities:

-coordinate between production companies and property owners

-explain to users how to navigating the filminglocations.io portal, incl explaining business model, addressing inquiries, and guiding clients throughout the booking process

-locations couting (the car is a plus)

-create invoices and share shoot reminders with clients

-assisting clients during and after the shoot.

-Reaching out to new locations as per client request 

-Assisting with Booking process and payment

-assisting with Film permints 

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional who can effectively communicate job descriptions and close deals with warm prospects. Strong consulting and sales abilities are crucial for success in this role.

Schedule: 

-Mon-Sat 9am-6pm in office  

-Mon-Sat 9am- 9pm handing whatsapp messages overall.
