Role: Account Manager Sales
Location: Dubai
Client Industry: Online platform sell/buy commercial vehicles
As an Account manager Sales you will play a key role in the entire sales process, from lead qualification to after-sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, selling our vehicles worldwide and handling order processing independently. This position includes:
Pre-sales:
- Actively identify, qualify and manage incoming leads worldwide such as call requests and email requests.
- You will be responsible for advising customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions proactive.
- Maintain existing contacts and proactively build relationships by using our advanced CRM system. Ratio reactive/proactive = 65/35
Sales:
- Converting our incoming calls- and email requests from potential buyers all over the world.
- Offering our product range to potential buyers and convincing them of the added value along with creating trust.
- Negotiate prices and conditions to achieve successful transactions.
- Independently managing the entire sales process, including documentation and logistics.
Aftersales /customer service:
- Ensures a smooth delivery of sold vehicles by managing the departments of planning, logistics/shipping and export of the vehicle from the supplier to the next customer while providing assistance to colleagues and ensures customer satisfaction after the sale.
- Resolve any customer problems or complaints together with your manager.
- Evaluate after-sales processes and contribute to continuous improvements together with your manager.
Skills
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Sale experience in international trade.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in both languages. English and German ( C2) level
- Result-oriented attitude.
