Vital Signs Assessment: Accurately measure and record patients' vital signs


Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients for cardiology and other opd procedures 


Phlebotomy and collection for laboratory tests


Log Books and Data Management: Maintain detailed log books and data sheets for all opd patients 

 Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation that adheres to both internal protocols and regulatory compliance.


Tracking Laboratory Tests: Monitor and track the status of pending blood tests, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting of results to the Dr for further assessment.


Medication and IV administration and management 


Patient File Organization: Organize and manage patient files, ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and securely stored. Upload all diagnostic reports, clinical notes, and other relevant documents to the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.


Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare team members, including laboratory technicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff, to facilitate comprehensive medical care.

Skills

DHA Registered Nurse


Previous experience in medical opd 


Proficiency in using medical software for EMR and data management.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Ability to collect blood samples with ease
