Onboarding Specialist

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and managers during the onboarding process, guiding them through the necessary steps to add their apartments to our managed listings.
  • Conduct initial assessments of new apartment properties to evaluate their suitability for inclusion in our portfolio, including reviewing property documentation, inspecting units, and assessing amenities and features.
  • Collaborate with property owners and account managers to address any issues or concerns identified during the assessment process, providing guidance and support to ensure that properties meet our standards for quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including guest relationship managers, marketing teams, and cleaning/maintenance staff, photographer, to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure that new apartments are ready for listing and marketing.
  • Work on finalizing apartments in terms of interior decoration and get necessary furniture, essentials, or decorative items needed from the market to finalize the listing and prepare it for a photoshoot.
  • Assist property owners and managers in creating detailed property listings (manuals), including writing descriptions, engaging photographs, and creating virtual tours or videos to showcase apartment units and amenities.
  • Provide ongoing support to property owners and managers post-onboarding, serving as a resource for questions, concerns, or requests related to property management and tenant relations.
  • Maintain accurate records on all platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and ensure they are properly listed on our channel manager. Also maintain proper documentation of all onboarding activities, including property information, contracts, and communications with property owners and managers.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role, with a focus on onboarding new properties or listings.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in property management software and online listing platforms, with experience in creating and managing property listings preferred.
  • Mobility with UAE Driving license is a must.
