Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Real Estate Consultant to join our Company. As a Luxury Real Estate Consultant, you will assist high-net-worth clients in buying, selling, and renting luxury properties. You will provide expert guidance and personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique preferences, requirements, and lifestyle needs.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters, utilizing various channels including digital marketing, social media, and print media.
  • Conduct thorough property evaluations to determine market value, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning for luxury properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients, providing detailed information about the features, amenities, and benefits of properties.
  • Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing value for both buyers and sellers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, real estate developments, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the real estate transaction, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Consultant, with a focus on luxury properties.
  • Proven track record of successful luxury real estate transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market, property valuation, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM software, MS Office and digital marketing platforms.
  • Valid real estate license or certification (Preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
