Job Position:     Sales Manager

Papa City Restaurant Lounge and Cafe Dubai is looking for an experienced and qualified and talented, detail-oriented Sales Manager where the main duties include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients, promoters, guests and evaluating costs to determine the project for each concept in the Papa Restaurants, Lounge and Café.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Tele Sales
  • Directing and coordinating all the Events activities, special Offers, Banquets, corporate events etc.
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures with the HOSM, Managing Director and Finance.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Handling and resolving guests, promoters, clients’ queries, and feedback regarding the services offered.
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
  • Advising Promoters, clients on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the company and prepare the contract accordingly.
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and promoters
  • Setting sales quotas and goals in coordination with HOSM and Managing Director
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team and with the coordination with the other departments and operations
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans in coordination with Sales & Marketing Head.


Skills

Requirement & Skills:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Restaurant, Lounge and Bar preferably in UAE.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Understanding of how to position products against competitors.
  • Good understanding of MS Office٫ especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills٫ with accuracy and attention to detail
