Parts Sales Executive

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain an up-to-date customer profile database for analysis and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to assess business needs and foster strong relationships.
  • Exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability.
  • Submit daily call reports to track customer visits and new business opportunities.
  • Monitor monthly overdue payments to ensure they meet agreed-upon targets.
  • Coordinate parts deliveries and provide comprehensive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

Required Skills to be Successful:

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid UAE Driver’s License.
  • Strong relationship management abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques.


 

What Equips You for the Role:

  • 2-3 years of experience in automotive parts sales, preferably in Commercial Vehicles.
  • Field sales experience, particularly with Commercial Vehicle Trade Customers, is highly valued.
  • High School Certificate/Diploma.
  • Possession of relevant diplomas or industry qualifications is considered an advantage, demonstrating your commitment to professional development and expertise in the field.
