Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales plans accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify and exploit new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecast future sales.
  • Regularly report on sales progress and challenges to senior management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Proactively offer product demonstrations and provide additional information to showcase the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Actively listen to customer needs to find the best solutions to address their specific challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious goals and maintain relationships.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2B)
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, consistently surpassing targets and driving growth.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor to uphold the company's image and represent.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and attend events or trade shows as required for the project.
