Chocolatier

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chocolatier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality chocolate products, including truffles, bars, and specialty confections. This role requires a passion for chocolate, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Skills

Chocolate Production:

  • Create and develop a variety of chocolate products.
  • Temper chocolate to achieve the desired consistency and finish.
  • Mold, cut, and shape chocolates and confections according to company standards.
  • Experiment with new recipes and techniques to expand the product line.


Quality Control:

  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards.
  • Conduct regular taste tests and visual inspections.
  • Maintain consistency in product appearance and taste.


Inventory and Supplies:

  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Manage storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
