Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a background in hotel supplies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hotel industry and a track record of success in selling hotel supplies. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential customers in the hotel industry.
  2. Present and demonstrate our hotel supplies to potential clients.
  3. Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
  4. Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with exceptional service and support.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' products.
  7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  9. Travel to customer sites as needed to conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience in sales, specifically in selling hotel supplies.
  2. Strong understanding of the hotel industry and its needs.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  7. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  8. Basic experience in Microsoft software and other sales tools.
  9. Salary: Basic (5000 AED) + commision
