Buyer/Sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Buyer/Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing has worked for a retail company in the buying team or as a production merchandiser in a trading company. This role involves identifying and establishing new client relationships, opening new accounts, and driving sales within the Gulf region (UAE and GCC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Establish and open new accounts, driving sales and expanding our market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in manufacturing and working for a retail company in the buying team or as a production merchandiser in a trading company.
  • Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
  • Strong network and connections within the fashion and retail industry in the Gulf region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.


Compensation:


  • Base salary
  • Sales commission unlocked once the account has grown above agreed amount of sales
  • Additional performance-based incentives
