We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Buyer/Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing has worked for a retail company in the buying team or as a production merchandiser in a trading company. This role involves identifying and establishing new client relationships, opening new accounts, and driving sales within the Gulf region (UAE and GCC).

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the UAE and GCC region.
- Establish and open new accounts, driving sales and expanding our market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing and working for a retail company in the buying team or as a production merchandiser in a trading company.
- Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
- Strong network and connections within the fashion and retail industry in the Gulf region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Compensation:
- Base salary
- Sales commission unlocked once the account has grown above agreed amount of sales
- Additional performance-based incentives
