Experience:

A minimum of 10 years practical experience in a high end salon. Someone who is current and up to date in the latest hair trends and techniques.

Personality requirements :

A passionate customer focused, flexible, open minded and energetic personality who is able to grow and develop and train stylists. Excellent leadership qualities and a mature and wise person who is a team player. A happy and kind individual who loves learning and growing herself.

Salary and Commission:

competitive and depends on experience and skill level - will be shared during the interview stages

A creative director will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the salon, by committing to providing colour/cut and style services at the very highest standard to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and also by supporting and inspiring her team. Also to carry out personalized consultations with clients on their needs and advise on anything from hair care to cuts and colours.

A generally confident person and experienced in all aspects of hairdressing; cutting, styling, colouring, highlights, extensions, hair up, foils etc.
