Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Consultant. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide guidance and recommendations based on market trends and client needs. Your responsibilities will also include conducting property viewings, negotiating prices, and preparing necessary documents. Exceptional customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai are essential for this role.

Skills

Qualifications:

Either:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
• Or Fluency in both Arabic and French (Français) is required
• Or Fluency in Emiraty Dialect
• Or Fluency in both Arabic and Chinese (Français) is required

And

• Understanding of the Dubai real estate market and current market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
