Charterhouse is working with an international European group that specializes in manufacturing machinery and plants for various industries, with a focus on food and beverage technologies. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai. 

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising the sales team, establish and maintain connections with clients, as well as identify new business prospects to drive growth. The role involves building strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and analyzing market trends to implement strategic decisions.

The Senior Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, collaborate with marketing teams, provide sales training, and ensure adherence to company standards.

About you

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience as a Sales Manager in this industry, working on high-value projects. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.

The ideal candidate should be willing to travel as per company requirements and should have their own vehicle and a valid UAE driver’s license. Due to the nature of this role, excellent communication skills in English is essential, and spoken skills in Arabic will be an added advantage.
