A growing Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their Dubai office.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the medical devices industry.
- Must have experience in Dermatology, Orthopedics/Surgical, Sports Medicine, Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetics.
- Good Knowledge of the UAE Market.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
- Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
