Must-Have:
- 15+ years of experience working as a NOC Service Assurance Lead
- Experienced with quality assurance, service assurance management, service governance, and Office 365
- Experienced in ITSM processes including management systems i.e. ISMS, BCMS, and QMS
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards & regulations e.g. ISO27001, ISO9001 etc.
