Job Description:
1. Drafting, reviewing and revising major contracts and other legal documents;
2. Major contract negotiations, disputes, litigation and other legal affairs;
3. Provide legal support for projects;
4. According to the characteristics of the project, formulate relevant systems and processes, implement legal management measures；
5. Responsible for Middle East legal team management.
Skills
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in law, 6 years or more work experience in practicing law, 3 years or more management experience (Iraq oil company project experience is preferred);
2. with legal professional qualification certificate;
3. English can be used as a working language. Accept working based in Dubai or Iraq.
