Responsibilities

  • Operational Management:
  • Supervise daily operations within the assigned department, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Guest Services:
  • Maintain a visible presence with guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Enhance the guest experience by consistently providing high-quality service and anticipating guest needs.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Staff Supervision and Development:
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs within budget.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and services meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain excellence in service delivery.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports on department performance, guest feedback, and staff activities.


Skills

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
