Admin Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule meetings and appointments. 
  • Answer phone calls and provide general support to visitors. 
  • Book travel arrangements and maintain meeting minutes. 
  • Perform filing, clerical duties, and manage administrative tasks. 
  • Order office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.

  • Immediate Joiners
  • 2-3 years UAE Admin Experience


Skills

Qualifications: 

  • Any bachelor or Masters preferred. 
  • Proficient in computer literacy 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
