- Responsible for supervising the sales team.
- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers.
- Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets.
- Nurture new sales leads to secure business, Identify prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
- Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients.
- Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one.
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize logistical services and arranging shipment and transportation details with carrier agents.
- Prepare rates and present solutions to prospective business partners.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Skills
- Experience in sales related to Logistics and Supply chain
- Excellent communication.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Having Driving license is Mandatory.
