Sales Manager - FMCG

Charterhouse is working in partnership with a multinational FMCG client who is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to lead a field sales team and distribution partners to achieve sales objectives. This role will be based from their Riyadh office.

About the role
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and achieving targets within the region. The role’s primary responsibility will be to oversee and support the field force team and distributors effectively to promote and sell our client’s offerings. This role will also be geared towards developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships to maximise revenue. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collate feedback from the team on the field and play a key role in sales and supply forecasting to drive RTM excellence.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment within a FMCG for atleast 5 years. Our client is looking to hire someone with strong relationship management, coupled with a customer centric focus. The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent MS Office skills and an analytical mindset. The role will require frequent travel across the region and readiness to travel when required is essential for this role. Exceptional communication skills in English are essential for this role, Arabic would be an advantage.
