Our client, a leading financial technology organization with strong operations in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Blockchain to lead various blockchain and cryptocurrency projects. In this role, you will be responsible from inception to completion and delivery of the projects on time and within budget.

Oversee a variety of software development and organizational projects.
Effectively launch projects both internally and externally, lead internal handovers and customer kick-offs, develop and communicate the project plan, and ensure productive interactions among all stakeholders.
Adapt and negotiate the project scope necessary to deliver the solution.
Identify and secure essential project resources and contributors.
Manage project administration tasks, support revenue planning and recognition requirements, and conduct post-project reviews.
Develop or contribute to tools, techniques, and methodologies for the project delivery process.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across globally and internally distributed teams.
Manage risks and resolve conflicts.
Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Collect and update project materials.
Create and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Handle contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution.
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
Assess project performance to identify areas for improvement.


RequirementsOver 4 years of experience in project management.
Expertise in managing complex software development projects.
Proven experience in delivering blockchain and cryptocurrency projects.
Skilled in developing processes for interaction with management and stakeholders.
Experience in financial markets and trading operations is a plus.
Proficient with key project management tools like MS Project and JIRA (or similar).
Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills and highly resourceful.
Proven track record of managing projects through their entire life cycle.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Competent with personal productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Holding a PMP certification, Prince 2 qualification, or an equivalent credential.
Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate opportunities and threats.
Highly organized with good time management skills and attention to detail.
Possesses a proactive attitude, able to identify tasks and anticipate business needs.
Attentive to detail and capable of questioning and declining requests when necessary.
