Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in the hot / cold section depending on assignment, under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot section, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that all food is stored and prepared according to food safety guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering as required.
