—Job Responsibilities—

1. Responsible for company personnel recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes;

2. Manage employee records and maintain the human resources information system;

3. Organize and implement employee training, performance evaluations, and employee relations management;

4. Assist in developing and improving the company's human resources management policies and procedures;

5. Handle employee labor contracts, social security, and other related matters;

6. Responsible for company culture building and organizing various company activities;

  • 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Skills

—Job Requirements—

1. College degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Administrative Management, or related fields;

2. Extensive experience in recruiting through Indeed and LinkedIn, preferably with personal Indeed and LinkedIn accounts;

3. Over one year of experience in human resources preferred;

4. Currently residing in Dubai;

5. Familiar with national labor laws and regulations, and possess human resources management knowledge;

6. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;

7. Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit;

  • 8. Proficient in office software and basic network knowledge.
