HR Admin Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and sharp HR Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent communication skills and a strong command of English. The role requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills, as well as the ability to manage documentation efficiently. The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for daily office management and providing administrative support to the HR department. Background in the Real estate industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the HR department with daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Documentation: Handle all HR-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper filing. This includes employee records, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, scheduling training sessions, and assisting with paperwork.


Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HR or administration is a plus.

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in HR and real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and strong general computer skills.
