Job Description:
TeKnowCAD Dubai is on the lookout for a Communication Technician to join our vibrant team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be able to work around servicing, configuration, installation, and maintenance on communications networks and components on both new and existing clients. As a Communication Sales Support, you will demonstrate equipment and provide technical support to ensure tools of communication continue to work at optimal levels.

Responsibilities:
- Understand client’s technician requirements and able to communicate and offer appropriate communication solutions efficiently
- Install, configure and maintain communication systems and equipment, telecommunication networks, wireless system and VoIP technologies
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on communication systems to ensure reliability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtown and disruption for clients
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate and resolve complex technician issue
- Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance activities and equipment inventory
Requirements:
- Must be living in the Middle East
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic, with ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business
- Diploma or equivalent: technical certification or telecommunication, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field
- Experienced on working in a client facing environment in either Radio, Wireless IP Networking
- Experience on Technician/Service based role
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with telecommunications equipment such as routers, switches and fibre optics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
