Telesales Executive


  • Lead Generation: Identify and source potential leads and prospects through various channels, including databases, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to real estate properties and services offered by the company.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the real estate properties available for sale, including their features, pricing, and location. Be able to answer client questions and provide detailed information.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and preferences of potential clients to determine if the properties being offered align with their requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of leads and clients, and regularly follow up with them to build and nurture relationships. Keep records of interactions and communications.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone, highlighting the key selling points of the properties and addressing client concerns.
  • Negotiation: Assist in price negotiations between buyers and sellers, providing support to both parties to reach mutually acceptable terms.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with necessary paperwork and documentation required for property transactions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Provide clients with insights and data that can help them make informed decisions.
  • Targets and Sales Goals: Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company. Track progress and report on sales metrics regularly.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, including real estate agents, brokers, and support staff, to provide a seamless and comprehensive service to clients.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to converse in other languages, such as - (Arabic / German / Russian / Mandarin / Cantonese / Spanish / Italian) speaking is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in tele calling in the real estate industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their home ownership goals.
