Must-Have:
- Overall 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
- Proficiency in creating user stories, workflows, process documentation, business processes, and BRD
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
