Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
Coordinate and integrate models from different disciplines to ensure compatibility and to identify and resolve clashes between systems before construction begins.
Generate detailed fabrication and installation drawings from BIM models, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed views.
Required to have 2 - 3 years of experience in MEP
Bachelors Degree
Assist in the creation and application of BIM standards, protocols, and templates to ensure consistency and quality across all project models and documentation.
Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on model progress, clash detections, and coordination efforts with project stakeholders.
