Background
We are a small e-commerce retailer Based in the UAE consisting of 2 brands which supply outdoor lifestyle products and are sold into Australia, New Zealand, Canada and UK We seek the services of live chat customer service / sales agent to interact with new and existing customers. The role is customer service focused and STRONG EMPHASIS ON SALES.
The core objective is to find which one of our products is the best solution for the customer and truthfully communicate why that product is a great solution.
Details of the Role
- Live (web) chatting with customers helping them find suitable products from our range.
- Answering general enquiries quickly on live chat
- Reply to Zendesk/email enquiries
- Sending email quotes to customers
- Willing learn our product, product sizes quickly and comprehensively
Skills
Skills and Experience
- EXCELLENT English communication with a focus on reading, writing and perfect grammar skills
- Solid comprehension of what meaning and needs ( Ability to read between the lines )
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, customer service, and or sales role.
- Experience dealing with western customers or working with western brands is highly regarded.
- Solid understanding of customer behaviours and expectations
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Good people and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently

ROTATING EVERY 4 WEEKS
SHIFT 2:
Monday - Thursday 1:30PM - 00:00AM ( MIDNIGHT )
SHIFT 1:
Friday: 1:30pm - 00:00AM ( MIDNIGHT )
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 ( MIDDAY ) - 00:00 (MIDNIGHT)

ADDITIONAL TASKS
As you will be serving customers in the UK and Canada both of which are seasonal new markets and not busy.. ( 4 - 10 chats a shift and 1- 4 tickets a night ) some basic admin tasks may be assigned. Such as data entry, adding new products to the website or data collection from furniture retailer websites.
SALARY
5000AED PER MONTH
Sales Commission: 1% of all sales you directly make ( 143AED - 572AED per month )
