  • Ensure prompt addressal of calls, messages, emails, and other correspondences.
  • Assist the relevant team members with all traveling formalities, including booking, accommodation, and departure.
  • Coordinate with relevant personnel for the timely arrangement of meetings to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
  • Communicate fluently in telephonic conversations by adhering to organizational ethics and protocols.
  • Contribute to enhancing client interaction using suitable gestures and greeting techniques.

Skills

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI ! With wsp !!
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in maintaining good relations with all the employees ranging from top management to ground workers.
  • Thorough knowledge of Office tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant organizational software.
  • Patient, supportive and team worker
  • Must be well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Adept at managing several tasks in a prescribed timeframe using strategic methods and a well-defined timetable.
