Sales Engineer - Motor Control & Power Quality Solutions

A leading technology company in Dubai is seeking a Sales Engineer with expertise in Motor Control & Power Quality Solutions to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales and a strong technical background in motor control and power quality solutions. This role will require the candidate to provide technical support and solutions to customers, manage key accounts, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the motor control and power quality solutions market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, assisting in the selection and implementation of motor control and power quality solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products in the market
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing accurate and timely information to management


Preferred Candidate:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the motor control and power quality solutions industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of motor control and power quality solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Arabic is an advantage
