Responsibilities - To coordinate the design works between the UAE contracting sites and the Italian design offices. - To support the local or the Italian Sales Managers in the communication with the clients, for technical issues. - To manage the technical works needed to be done locally, from site measurements to preparation of technical drawings for local suppliers - To manage the relations with the local suppliers and to check the quality of the local products - To coordinate the installation teams and to supervise the local site works Reporting Report project management activities directly to the top management in Italy. Report economic and financial activities to the Administrative and Financial Manager at the clients offices in Dubai

Professional characteristics The candidate optimal characteristics include: - Professional experience in the technical design of interiors for high-end properties. - Professional experience in the management of interiors contracting projects in the Middle East - A degree in Architecture and/or Design, with an excellent studies curriculum. - Availability for short trips to contact clients in the Middle East region. - Excellent knowledge of the English language. Allowances and works instruments The candidate will be eligible for the following allowances and work instruments: - Accrued annual leave at the rate of thirty calendar days per annum for each completed year of service. - Medical Insurance Allowance - Labor and residence sponsorship, with related necessary documentation and costs. - Company mobile phone, PC and working tools. - Economy return air passage to home - Gratuity as per UAE labour law
