- Achieve allocated sales targets through direct effort or via agents, meet daily prospecting targets, and achieve tele-calling targets.
-Actively marketing and promoting both completed and off-plan properties to existing clients and potential investors worldwide
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel, conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further sales.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Administration, attending client meetings to strengthen relationships and achieving client relationship targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales.
-Having global market experience, such as selling properties to clients from countries like Spain, Japan, China, Turkey, Germany, and Portugal, will be an added advantage.
