Human resources manager

Balqees Alghamdi, Director of Human Resources We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the HR Director and our dedicated faculty and staff. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the employment life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations and offboarding. Position Duties The successful candidate will be expected to: Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and security of children and young people (child protection ). Manage day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and supervising HR staff. Maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines per organizational goals and legal requirements. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated to all employees and consistently applied across the organization. Assist the Director of HR in providing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Assist the Director of HR in investigating and resolving employee complaints, grievances, and concerns fairly and promptly. Assist the Director of HR in implementing HR programs and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives. Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, EOS, and other benefits. Supervise the HR operational processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including Saudi Labor Law and ISG policy and regulations. Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures accordingly. Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, skyward and other government portals. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff. Prepare reports and analysis for HR director as needed. Perform other tasks as requested by the Director of HR. Qualifications and Knowledge The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of Master’s degree in a related field of study. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations. Experience and Skills The ideal candidate will have: Experience Previous experience as a School Administrator. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in HR software and systems. Proficient in Google Suite and MS Word. A passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment for all. Skills Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Able to Pay attention to details. High level of data entry accuracy. Able to meet deadlines. Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral. English, Arabic are highly desirable. Ability to work as a team and work on own initiative. High level of relationship-building and customer service skills. Able to deal with and resolve conflict in a diplomatic and confident manner. Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks in a timely manner.
