Perform all the below tasks for the clinic including but not limited to:
- Patient booking.
- Register patient on arrival.
- File registration form in folder.
- Remind patients for appointment.
- Preparing claim form for each patient.
- Billing Management.
- Answering patient queries.
- Sending daily appointments for each staff.
- Preparing E-source (DHCC requirements).
- Calling prospective clients.
- Arranging meetings.
- Reminding patients with regards to pending payment.
- Checking payment from bank transfer details.
- Closing the bill for each pending payment once its confirmed.
- Send confirmation receipt to each patient who paid via bank transfer or Telr.
- Sending daily reports.
- Reception Handling.
- Oversee company supplies.
- Flexibility in shift/schedule.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Insurance coordination.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Medical Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Insurance Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
