Office Adminstrator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. If you thrive in a vibrant, health-focused environment and have a knack for administrative excellence, we would love to hear from you!


Perform all the below tasks for the clinic including but not limited to:

  • Patient booking.
  • Register patient on arrival.
  • File registration form in folder.
  • Remind patients for appointment.
  • Preparing claim form for each patient.
  • Billing Management.
  • Answering patient queries.
  • Sending daily appointments for each staff.
  • Preparing E-source (DHCC requirements).
  • Calling prospective clients.
  • Arranging meetings.
  • Reminding patients with regards to pending payment.
  • Checking payment from bank transfer details.
  • Closing the bill for each pending payment once its confirmed.
  • Send confirmation receipt to each patient who paid via bank transfer or Telr.
  • Sending daily reports.
  • Reception Handling.
  • Oversee company supplies.
  • Flexibility in shift/schedule.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Insurance coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:


  • Medical Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Insurance Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)

  • English (Required)

Excellent Communication Skills:

Organizational Skills:
