Branch Manager

• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. • Oversee sales activities, including customer interactions, negotiations, and closing deals. • Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations related to HR, sales, and business operations. • Develop and execute effective business strategies and marketing plans to boost sales and market presence. • Lead and support the sales team, providing training and professional development opportunities. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely vehicle procurement. • Handle administrative duties, including budgeting, financial reporting, and record-keeping. • Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth functioning of the showroom. • Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. • Oversee local operations, including car logistics, subcontractor management, auto services, and parts suppliers. • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and participate in events and exhibitions. • Conduct business negotiations and build a community of local customers. • Manage all aspects of the business canvas to ensure efficient and successful operations. • Proficiently use CRM software to track sales, customer interactions, and inventory. • Handle banking transactions and manage various types of contracts, including ownership transfers. • Comply with RTA rules and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local financial and operational regulations. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports of all local activities in English and submit them to the board of directors. • Envision future business opportunities, propose action plans and strategic plans. • Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights. • Think out of the box, be innovative, creative, and a problem solver. • Manage the events, community building.

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills. • Must have resided in the UAE for at least the past 6 years. • Proven experience in managing business operations, preferably in the automotive industry. • In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to HR, sales, and business operations. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Passion for classic and vintage cars with an understanding of their unique market. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Proficiency in CRM software. • Experience handling banking transactions and various types of contracts. • Knowledge of RTA rules and local financial and operational regulations. • Strong analytical skills for competitor analysis and strategic planning. • Innovative, creative, and adept at problem-solving. • Additional language skills would be a plus.
